1. Operator-Actuated Label Cycle

The bottle is inserted manually into the V-shaped cradle or jig by the operator. This is then triggered by the cycle, generally through a foot switch or two safety buttons. This enables the operator to provide the ideal seat of the bottles prior to the precision labeling process to enable complete control of the commencement of the cycle.

2. Servo-Driven Dispensing Unit

The main component of the machine is the label dispenser that is driven by the servo or stepper motor. This motor removes the label on the liner with precision and in a flash when triggered, and then at a constant pace. 3. Motorized Wrap Mechanism
