Core Technology: Continuous Motion and Precision Sealing

1. Continuous Side-Sealing Technology

In high-speed and variable-length products, they use continuous side sealers. The product is captured between the film and is closed in length when the product is moving. This removes the delay required by the traditional L-sealers, enabling continuous high-speed wrapping.

2. Automated Collation and Grouping

The machine is automated and can use programmable servo-controlled pushers, diverters, and stackers to arrange individual products into specified patterns (i.e., 2x3, 4x6 trays). Such automation removes the human effort needed to group, which makes it much more efficient.

3. Controlled Shrink Tunnel Integration

The product package is loaded into a special and highly insulated shrink tunnel automatically. The tunnel also has a well-adjusted heat and air flow, making the film stretch tautly and evenly without stretching the product or causing heat damage, leaving a firm, smooth, and professional finish.
