Core Technology: Synchronization and Alignment

1. Three-Roller Alignment System

This is the defining feature. When the round bottle is coming out of the conveyor, three or four synchronized rollers or belts grab the bottle. This is achieved by means of rotating the bottle at a steady, regulated rate, with the label being dispensed and printed straight onto the surface of the bottle as it makes a complete (or partial) rotation.

2. Synchronized Label Dispensing

The speed of the main conveyor and the rotation rate of the product are perfectly matched with a servo-driven label dispensing head. This accuracy makes sure that the label is peeled and applied to the same point of the leading edges on the bottle, that is, there is no more or less.

3. Wrap-Around Belt/Sponge Roller

As soon as the first application is made, a long, soft sponge roller or wrap-around belt presses the label firmly on the bottle surface as it rotates. This pressure is able to remove the trapped air and make sure the label edge is fixed.
