We have two main kinds of automatic cappers to suit different production requirements:
Rotary Chuck Cappers: These are designed to be very fast and continuous flow to have multiple capping heads mounted along a rotary turret to achieve rates of 300+ bottles per minute. Top quality in beverage and high-volume liquid food manufacturing.
Linear Spindle Cappers: These are very flexible systems that involve spinning rollers (spindles) that gradually tighten the caps as bottles pass through the center of them. Ideal when operating with high frequency changeovers or when using tricky closures such as the pump sprayers or trigger heads.
Capping chucks have spring-loaded or magnetic clutches that disengage at a preset torque to ensure that every cap has been sealed with the correct degree of specification to ensure the product is stable and can be used as tamper-evidence.
Supplies an inbuilt cap feeder (centrifugal or vibratory bowl) and conveyor, which will automatically sort, position, and deliver the caps to the dispensing chute to supply uninterrupted high-speed operation.
Dynamics with synchronized motion elements to direct bottles into the capping station with a gentle and firm pull so as to reduce tipping and spillage, as well as damage at high speed.
